A LOTTERY WIN THAT'S TWICE AS NICE

A Connecticut man has never been so happy about his poor short-term memory.

John Smedick Jr. purchased a Cash 5 lottery ticket for last Friday's drawing. Later on the same day, he couldn't remember if he had purchased the ticket, so he returned to the store and bought one again.

The next day, he went online to the lottery website and saw that there were two winning $100,000 tickets and, amazingly, he had both of them.

Smedick calls his incredible $200,000 win "the best mistake I ever made." (Inside Edition)
