A collection of Beatles photos -- most never publicly seen -- sold at auction Saturday for just over $350,000. Taken by 18-year-old Mike Mitchell at The Beatles' February 1964 show in Washington and September 1964 performance in Baltimore, the 413 negatives show the band in pre-show press conferences as well as on stage.
An Omega Auctions spokesman calls the images "an incredible archive."
Other highlights in Saturday's sale:
- George Harrison's black Mercedes 500 SEL AMG, which went for $61,000.
- A reel containing an unreleased the Harrison song "Hello Miss Mary Bee" fetched $24,000.
- A hotel registry signed by all four Beatles and manager Brian Epsteinbrought $14,000 (RollingStone.com).
