Heather Locklear posted bail on Monday morning after being arrested for punching a police officer who'd responded to a call about a domestic disturbance. And only hours later cops returned to her home after they got a call for someone overdosing at her home.
According to TMZ, the actress was hospitalized, where she was in stable condition Monday night.
She had reportedly planned to "voluntarily check herself in for treatment of alcohol abuse as well as mental health issues."
Locklear was arrested at her home and booked for two counts of misdemeanor battery upon an officer and emergency personnel.
Just last week, she was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after allegedly choking her mother and attacking her father.
