Remember the Fukushima nuclear power plant disaster in Japan back in 2011? The nuclear disaster, which was caused by a 9.0-magnitude earthquake and then a tsunami, lead to radioactive materials being released into the ocean and air, with some reaching all the way to the U.S. West Coast. Well, French researchers just discovered that some Napa Valley wines that were bottled around the time of the disaster contain radioactive particles from the accident. Yikes. Double check those 2011 Northern California wines. (NY Post)
