According to a new survey, more parents are refusing to pay for their kids’ college tuition.
Just 29 percent of parents now say they plan to fully pay for their kids to go to college -- down from 43 percent just two years ago.
And, on average, parents now expect to pay just 62 percent of their kids’ total college costs, down from 70 percent two years ago. (Moneyish)
