A new survey found that 1 in 3 workers feel their managers have absolutely no idea what they do every day, and one-third of employees feel their hard work goes unnoticed and unappreciated. More survey findings: 41 percent think their boss wouldn’t be able to do one day of work in their jobs and 33 percent believe their boss is way overpaid for the work they do. (Unilad)
