Hug it out …

A new study found that getting a hug makes us happier. And if you’re having a conflict with someone – romantic or not – hugging it out with that person helps make those negative feelings go away. And researchers from Carnegie Mellon University found that people who consider themselves huggers are healthier and have stronger relationships than non-huggers. (PLOS One)
