ROBOTS NOW DOING JOB INTERVIEWS

More and more companies are using robots and artificial intelligence to hire new employees.

Not surprisingly, a lot of this is happening with tech jobs in Silicon Valley. The idea is to have machines and algorithms speed up the recruitment process, which frees up the time of hiring managers, so those people can knock out more complex tasks. It also removes human biases that can hold back some applicants.

Whether you like it or not, nearly all Fortune 500 companies are using some kind of automation to improve their hiring processes these days. This stuff isn’t going away. (CNBC)
