“HEALTHY” THINGS THAT HAVE MORE CARBS THAN A BUSCH LIGHT

Nobody would argue that a can of Busch Light should be considered health food. But if you’re trying to cut carbs, there are plenty of “healthy” foods that have more carbs.

A Busch Light comes in at only 3.2 grams of carbs -- while all these fruits and vegetables and “healthy” things have more:

  • A banana has 27 grams of carbs
  • A mango has 28 grams.
  • An apple has 25 grams.
  • An ear of corn has around 25 grams.
  • A serving of raisins comes in at 34 grams.
