Rock-a-bye, baby …

You know that gently rocking a baby helps them fall asleep at night, and now a new study has found that adults can benefit from a little rocking as well. Researchers found that participants who slept in a bed that swayed gently back and forth slept much better than those who slept in a bed that stayed perfectly still. (Yahoo)
